ENTHUSIASM IN LONDON. London, Nov, 18. "Russia's Day" in London, on behalf Bf wounded prisoners in Germany, was enthusiastically supported. Children in the elementary schools sang the Russian Anthem, and seven thousand ladies sold souvenirs in the streets. Queen Alexandra and the Grand Duke Michael attended a matinee with a Russian programme at the Alhambra. Russian articles were sold at two bazaars, and a dinner and concert at the Carlton were given in aid of Lady Arthur Paget's Russian Relief Fund. THE INCOME TAX. ' , London, Nov. 18.
