THE GERMAN RETREAT FROM . MITAU. Received Nov. 20, lio a.m. Paris, Nov. 19. A communique states: We wrecked a German post, and entirely silenced the enemy batteries in the Audechy-Echelle-St. Aurin-Ducessier sector. All our positions at Cerna, St. Ardav, and Kosturino have been maintained. Pefrograd, Nov. 19. A communique says: Wo repulsed the enemy's offensive on the Mitau Road, south-west of Olai. Large numbers of unburied German corpses have been found abandoned in the trenches near Lake Sventen.
