Britain and Italy have drawn the attention of the Spanish Government to the possibility of German submarines receiving petrol and other supplies on tlie Spanish coast, and have asked Spain to redouble its vigilance. It is believed that Kabyles at sheltered spot.? on the Spanish Moroccan coast are assisting German agents. The Figaro -.tates that Gorman submarines are replenishing their stores t Corfu, off the Kaiser's palace at Achillion, where there is a special pumping machinery and oil tanks.
