Standish); to set aside transfer of land. Sarah Marsh (Mr. P. ]i. Baldwin) v. Taranaki Education Board (Mr. J. H. Quilliam); for declaration that certain land held by defendant under Crown land grant still remains Native land. Thomas McWhirter (Mr. D. S. Smith) v.
