WINTER IN FLANDERS. CANNONADING CONTINUES. London, Nov. 16. Renter's correspondent at headquarters states that the winter has settled down in Flanders. A week of rain has converted the roads into quagmires. There is cannonading at Hooge and Hill 00. Our positions at Hullu'cli and elsewhere in the area of our recent advance have been shelled by the enemy, whose aerial torpedoes showed great activity.
