To the Editor. Si'. —In reply to a letter appearing in the News of 'Friday last, signed by C. Wilson, re raffles at an All Nations' Fair, in connection with St. Jlary'a parish. I would like to state that as far as I am aware there were no rallies. Several guessing competitions took place, if those are what are alluded to.
