THE PRO-GERMAN WAY. POWDER FACTORY EXPLOSION.' Heceived Nov, 14, 5.5 p.m. v New York, Nov. 13. Twenty-four hours after an announcement that the Allies had awarded a heavy contract for war munitions to the Dupont Powder Company, the latter's works at Wilmington (Delaware) were.partly destroyed by an explosion. There was heavy damage. Pro-Gerraanß are suspected, in view of the remarkable disclosures involving the Austro-Hun-garian Embassies.
