CONSTANT ATTACKS. ON GERMAN POSITIONS. Amsterdam, Nov. 10. A German communique says: General Hcmburg stopped a Russia)! attack at Kcmmern, west of Riga, and repulsed a strong attack bv the Russians westward of Jacohstadt. General von Unsingen threw back the Russians who were attempting to break through westward of Czartorysk. EXCLUDING ENEMY IMPORTS. Petrograd, Nov. 10. The prohibition of imports from enemy countries has been postponed till December 1.
