A question is being asked in the House of Commons as to whether Mr. Lloyd George's son is u lieutenantcolonel of the pioneer battalion of the Welsh Regiment. He is aged twenty-six years, and is the youngest lieutenantcolonel but one. He was a private fourteen months ago. LORD MAYOR'S SHOW. Rceived Nov. 7, 3.30 p.m. London, Nov. 0. There will be an exceptional military display in the Lord Mayor's procession. The oversea will include members of the New Zealand infantry. BUSY CLOTH MILLS. Times and Sydney Sun Serices. Received Nov. 0, 5.5 p.m. London, Nov. 5. The eloth mills in the United Kingdom have supplied twenty-four million yards of uniform cloths to the allied troops since the war began.
