PEACE TALK.

' VON BULOW'S SWISS MISSION. WHAT GERMANY WOULD LIKE. Received Nov. 5, 10.45 p.m. London, Nov. 5. The Telegraph's Milan correspondent says that there are many extravagant reports of the nature of General von Bulow's mission to Switzerland. The general impression is that Germany is seeking for an opening to armistice negotiations. General von Bulow allows the Swiss press to represent him as the bearer of an olive branch. •Well-informed correspondents state that hints are given out in Berne that Germany is willing to forego her conquests and an indemnity if she is guaranteed her lost colonies, freedom of the sea?, and favorable commercial treaties.
