AN INCENDIARY'S WORK.
BRITISH SUGAR BOAT ON FIRE. Received Nov. 5, 10.50 p.m. New York, Nov, 5. A fire in the cargo of sugar on the British Bteamer Euterpe is believed to be the work of an incendiary. Damage to the cargo, which was consigned to the British Government, ;s 26,000 dollars. The vessel was only slightly damaged.

President Wilson 6aya that the only thing within the United States that is causing concern is that recently certain voices, professedly American, have been speaking alien sympathies, and it was high time the nation called them to reckoning. He did not believe that America would take another foot of territory by conquest. " ___
