ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
DUNEDIN DOCTOR KILLED, By Telegraph —Presa Auociatio*. Dunedin, Yesterday, Dr. Fleming, Dunedin, was killed in 11 motor accident yesterday afternoon, and his eliauU'eui', (ieorge Fagan, injured. Tim car was descending a steep road near Ilighclilf, on the Peninsula, when, it got out of control, and both occupants were thrown out. The doctor apparently struck his head on a stone, and was killed instantaneously. Fagan was removed unconscious, but is expected to recover. The ear was smashed to bits.
