Mr. Fisher intends to tour Australia and to acquaint himself with important facts before leaving the country. POLITICIANS UNHAPPY. Adelaide, Oct. 30. Mr. Archibald, who was recently the Federal Ministry by the caucus; referring to the reconstruction of the Cabinet, said it was brought' about by scheming, hungry, greedy placehunters. He accused Mr. O'Maßey of frequenting the Trades Hall with the object of influencing the industrial section. Mr. Archibald claims that he was not given the right to defend himself against charges which arose from his adherence to the Cabinet policy.

VACCINATION. Melbourne, Oct. 30. The report of the Vaccination Committee states that it considers a conscience clause should ho enacted. It further recommends that infants of two years be exempted except in case of an epidemic, but that vaccination be required before five years. Arm to arm vaccination should be illegal. Infant vaccination is effective in 80 per cent, of the cases and with adults in 60 per cent. There have been only 10S deaths from •smallpox in Australia in 30 years.
