THE ADVANCE ON RIGA. GERMANS CAPTURE A VILLAGE. RUSSIAN REPORT Received Oct. 25, 10-30 p.m. Petrograd, Oct. 25. A communique Bays: The Germans have captured the village of Kepe, south-east of Riga. Our fire near Klauga, northward of Repe, inflicted enormous losses on the enemy. \ A Zeppelin bombed several parts of Riga, but did not damage the military buildings. There is vigorous- fighting on the Dvinsk front. The Germans occupied [l- - after desperate street fighting, with terrible losses. We captured several villages east and south of Lako Grath, and our fire scattered the enemy's furious counterattacks la Novoatexinatz district
