Q, Grace, the famous crickets, from heart failure. v , , (Dr. William Gilbert Grace, was bom on July 18th, 1848, at Downend, Gloucestershire, .being the fourth son of a family whose names became historic in the game or erieket. He was an M.K.C.S., England, and L.R.C.'P., Edin'burgh, and practised his profession in Bristol until 18()», when he practically retired. It was as a cricketer that Dr. \Y. <!. Grace was most known and wilj lie remembered, and his wonderful deeds in the greatest of all games would fill pages. He represented and captained Gloucestershire for 30 years, till 1800, and continuously played for England against Australia. He visited Australia on several occasions with English. teams.)
