CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS. By Telegraph.—'PTeu Association Hastings, Last Night. The weather was cold and fusty thll morning for the first day oi the Hawke's Bay Show, > but it became warmer later. The attendance was only fair. To-morrow is "People's Day." The weather promises well and a good attendance is expected. The following are the championships awarded to-day: English Leicesters. —Ham, under 30 months: Douglas McLean. Ram, SO months and upwards: Hon. J. D. Ormond. Romney Marsh. —Ewe, under 30 months, with lamb: Joseph Corpc Ewe, 30 months and upwards, with lamb: G. E. Allen. Southdowns—Ram, 30 months and upwards: J. Knight. Ewe, 30 months and upwards, with lamb: Richmond and Fernie. Lincolns—Rani, 30 months and upwards: W. Perry. Ewe, 30 months and upwards: Mrs, J. D. Ormond.
