Fourth Battalion. —Admitted to hospital, London (sick): Private G. H. Murdoch, Signaller R. W. Hay. Sixth Battalion.—Admitted to hospital, London (sick): Lance-Corporal R. D, Chalmers, Private W. Hosie, E. E. Stanteford. Embarked for England, September 17: Private J. P. Black. Eighth Battalion. —Admitted to hospital, London (sick): Private R. W. MacFaden. . Ninth Battalion.—Admitted to No. 3 Auxiliary Hospital, Heliopolis (heart failure): Private ,T. Sheehan. Tenth Battalion.—Died of gunshot wounds, head (October 8): Private R. Y. Wright. Debourbcl (dental caries). Disembarked at Malta on September 21 from hospital ship Somali (slightly sick): Sergt.-Major E. N. Hardy. Admitted to hospital, London (dysentery): Gunner T. E. Shears. Disembarked at Malta (slightly sick): Driver W. H. Frame. Admitted to hospital, Alexandria (enteric): Gunner J. R. Reid. Australian Field Engineers.—Admitted to hospital, London (sick): Sapper E. H. Hooper. Admitted to 19th General Hospital, Alexandria (diphtheria): Lieut. D. B. Corfe. Australian Army Service Corps.—Admitted to No. 3 Auxiliary Hospital, Heliopolis (rheumatism)': Driver F. Cameron. Sydney, Oct. 18. The ninety-fourth list of casualties is as follows:—Killed in action, one officer and 18 men; died of illness, seven men; wounded, four officers and 71 men; ill, three officers and 91 men; prisoners of war, oiy officer and one man; missing, three men.
