NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. The 1915 season was officially closed by the New Plymouth Club on Saturday afternoon. Owing to the war there was no formal presentation of prizes, Mixed foursomes were played and twenty pairs competed, the best scores returned being:— • Mrs. C. H. Weston and J. Paton, 101 (19), 82. Miss Brewster and P. S. Johns, 00 (PA), 82%. Miss Reed and W. P. Mcoll, 107 (24), 83. Miss Thomson and P. T. Anderson, 110 (26%), 83%. Mrs. Gray and W. Douglas, 100 (24%y, 84%. Mr. and Mrs. Birch-Johnston, 115 (28), 87. WITIORA BEAT WAITARA. A team of sis men from the Waitara club played Witiora on the Witiora links on Saturady. Witiora won four games, lost one, and one was halved.
