A communique states: Our hold attacks between Adigo and Bostna broke through the entanglements and damaged the defence works. The enemy's night attacks against Monte Maronia and Maly Gioverna were repulsed with heavy losses. ON THE MONTENEGRO FRONT. CHECKING THE ENEMY. Received Oct. 13, 9.33 p.m. Rome, Oct. 13. The Austrians are exerting great pressure on the Montenegrin frontier, but were repulsed with heavy loss. A communique states: Wo stopped enemy attacks on a wide front east of Vermegliano and Monte Seibusi, inflicting heavy losses, and made further progress in tiie upper V&ldossa. 11 Corriere Delia Sera says that four German submarines are refuging in Varna from the Russian fleet.
