RETURNED PROM SAMOA. By Telegraph.—'Press" Association. , Auckland, Yesterday. The Talune, which arrived from the Islands to-day, brought 53 sailors, returned from Samoa, including seven time-expired men. Thirty-nine of the men are to report at Wellington. WOOL FREIGHTS. ' Wellington, Yesterday. From .October 16 wool freights from New Zealand to Britain will be as follow: —Greasy Id per lb, slipe washed and seamed all plus 25 per cent, war charge.
