THE KIDMAN CASE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received Oct. 5, 9.35 p.m. Sydney, Oct. 5. In the Kidman ease, the managing clerk of Kidman's office gave evidence that some tenders for military supplies were made out in other peoples' names. Kidman told him he intended submitting tenders in other peoples' names, as he had an idea his tenders would not be accepted from the fact that one lodged previously had not been accepted, though the prices were low.
LATE SPORTING. Received Oct. 5, 9.35 p.m. Sydney, Oct. 5. Mountain Knight has been scratched for all remaining Rand wick engagements, Delmonte for the Members' Handicap, and Athenic for the Suburban Handicap.
