The danger is the greater when one mobilised country does not disguise that a territorial etatus quo established by treaty is unsatisfactory, and only simultaneous demobilisation will eliminate the danger. Le Temps' Nish correspondent estimates that half-a-million Aiistro-Oer-mans are massed on the Serbian frontier, including 350,000 Germans. Athens, Sept. 30. Bulgaria has been reinforced on the Graeco-Serbian frontier. Three divisions have been sent to Maronia, three others to Forneef, and a large force to Dedeagatcli, in case of an attack by the sea. A French official wirelesß states that German officers are at Sofia, conferring with the Bulgarian staff, in preparation for an anti-Serbian campaign, AWAITING THE ATTACK. SERBIA CONFIDENT. > Received Oct. 1, 5.30 p.m. Lndon, Oct. 1, Athens advices assert that three hundred thousand Austro-Germans are advancing towards Orsova. The Serbians are ready and confident. THE BULGAR CABINET. Received Oct. 1, 5.3 p.m. Sofia, Sept. 30. M. Malinoff has refused to co-onerate with M. Radoslavoff's Cabinet, believing that Bulgaria ought to be on the side -of the Quadruple Entente. MM. Tonchet and Belakof have reentered the Cabinet.
