AN INCIDENT IN RICA. PROJECTILE ON A RUSSIAN SHIP. Received Sept. 29, LlO ajn. Petrograd, Sept. 28. A naval communique says:—We bombwded and silenced the enemy's land batteries in the ffiulf of Riga. A stray enemy projectile fell on a Russian ship, Killing Commander-Captain Viazemsky, and also Captain Sviirine. Our other casualties were five kffled and nine 'wounded.
