IMPERIAL CONFERENCE REPRESENTATION. CANADA'S BROTHERLY SENTIMENTS. By Cable—Preaa Association—Copyright. Received Sept. 28, 10.10 p.m. Ottawa, Sept. 28. Canadian newspapers are unanimously favorable to India's representation at future Imperial Conferences. The Free Press declares that India has earned the concession even more by her conduct in peace time than her loyalty in war time. The Star considers that the dominions should take particular pains to assure the Imperial Government of their great pleasure at India's representation. Lord Hardinge need not fear the overseas dominions' attitude, or that Indian immigration will cause the dominions to hesitate a moment.
