NEW PLYMOUTH CLUE. The ladies' flag match for prizes presented by Miss Blundell was played yesterday. In the Seniors' competition Miss Laura Thomson planted her flag on the 19th green and took first prize; Miss Brewster was second on the green, and Miss P. Crooke was third, with a drive from the 19th tee. Juniors' competition:—Mrs. Walker earned her flag to the 22nd green and holed out, while Mrs. McQuade was second at the 19th hole. The medal scores for 18 holes were:— Mrs. Walker 107 (handicap 40, afterwards reduced to 2u) G7; Miss Brtwster 93 (10) 83; Miss Thomson 115 (30) 85; Mrs. Whetter 115 (29) 80; Miss P.Crooke 126 (37) 89.
