NEW DUTIES. ON EXPORTS AND IMPORTS. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) Received Sept. 21, 4.35 p.m. London, Sept. 20. Italy has unexpectedly imposed export ftuties on cereals, motor-cars, tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, and increased the imsort duties on spirits and beer.
