FEELING IN BULGARIA. COALITION CABINET DESIRED, - ' Received Sept. 20, 7.25 p.m. Sofia, Sept. 10. Leaders of the five political parties representing the Opposition had a 2% hours' audience with the King, the Crown Prinoe, and M. Dobrovitch, the King's chief counsellor. The deputation urged the failure to adopt" a neutral attitude, and recommended the formation of a Coalition Cabinet and the immediate summoning of the Sobranje to safeguard the country against a policy contrary to the interests and sentiments of the nation. The reception of the deputation has relieved public feeling.
RIGHT ABOUT FACE. BULGARIA'S RULER CONVERTED. Wellington, Last Night. The High Commissioner reports, under date London, Sept. 20, 4.10 a.m.:— The Morning Post's Athens correspondent says that the conference of Bulgarian party leaders converted the King. All of them pronounced against a policy favorable to Central Powers, and advised the formation of a Coalition Cabinet. The King subsequently summoned the Premier.
