A NEWSPAPER SUSPENDED. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) Eeeeived Sept. 18, 5.5 p.m. London, Sept. 17. The Times' correspondent at Sofia reports that the Journal Preporetz, containing an appeal to Bulgarian people against the Germanophile policy of the Government, has been confiscated and suspended indefinitely. The appeal was signed by several generals of the reserve, politicians, and distinguished literary men, but no party leaders. Professor Kramsted, supposed to be the author of, the appeal, was arrested.
