THE SNIPER'S VIGILANCE. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) London, Sept. 17. A correspondent at the British headquarters says the sniper's bullet is especially formidable, and responsible for numerous casualties. Although trench warfare had rendered obsolete the old style of siriiper, there has sprung up a host of trench snipers, who are constantly firing at from twenty to three hundred yards.
