A NOTE TO BULGARIA. ASKED TO DECIDE HER 'PART. Received Sept. 19, 5.20 p.m. Paris, Sept. IS. The Allies have presented a joint Note to Bulgaria, asking her to declare herself between them and the Central Powers. Tlit Note is not, however, an ultimatum. London, Sept. IS. The report of the presentation of a Note to Bulgaria comes from New York, through Renter's agency.
WOOING BULGARIA. SERBIA WILL GRANT CONCESSIONS. Received Sept. 20. 12.10 a.m. Paris, Sept. 10. M. Positdi, interviewed by Le Petit Parisien, stated that Serbia will consent to the concessions suggested by her powerful Allies, with the object of inducing Bulgaria to throw in her lot with the Balkan Entente,
