COLONIAL SUGAR COMPANY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, Sept. 14. A special general meeting of the Colonial Sugar Company is called for the 20th to pass a resolution authorising the directors to distribute in specie amongst members registered on this date, in proportion to their respective interests, all the preference shares which the Colonial Slightr Company, Fiji and New Zealand, Limited, gave in payment for the assets in Fiji and New Zealand sold by the Colonial Company to the Fiji and New Zealand Company.
