SERBIA AND BULGARIA. FORMER'S REPLY AWAITED. London, Sept. 12. A diplomatic source states that Serbia is about to discuss the situation with Bulgaria with the greatest confidence of her sympathy. The Entente is considering the Serbian reply, and will shortly submit its final decision to Serbia, BULGARIA'S ATTITUDE. POSITION STILL UNSATISFACTORY. Received Sept. 13, 7 p.m. London, Sept, 12. The Daily Telegraph's correspondent at Rome says that the best Italian information categorically denies the German report that a Turco-Bulgarian agreement has been signed. The Grand Duke of Mecklenburg's visit has changed the situation in Bulgaria. As a result of M.M. Radoslavoil's and Chenedieff's explanations the Ministerialists have reobtained a majority, and % are quieting the opposition with the promise that Bulgaria will never march against Russia. M. Radoslavoil's attitude is that he will not make an agreement with anyone until the European situation is clearedup by decisive developments. Diplomats are hopeful that M.M. Venezelos and Passitich will find a solution. SCANNING THE COUNTRY. GERMAN AIRSHIPS BUSY. Received Sept, 13, 8.53 p.m. Athens, Sept. 13. It is reported that German aeroplanes are constantly flying over Serbia and Bulgaria between Orsova and Constantinople. One fell in Bulgaria and was captured.
