Radostravoff declares that Bulgaria has not accepted obligations in return for the forced Turkish territory, which must be regardedjis an indemnity for her neutrality hitherto. ACTS NOW NEEDED. The Austrians do not dare to attack Belgrade. Rear-Admiral Troubridge, with a party of bluejackets from the Mediterranean fleet, with 'big guns, have been making good practice daily for five months past, and arc now bombarding the trenches which the Austrians are constructing on the opposite side of the Danube. The Freneii also have several guns covering Semlin. Moreover, a squadron of French aeroplanes is protecting Belgrade, and it wrecked three Austrian machines of the Aviatik "type.
