JAPAN.
CORDIAL RELATIONS WITH RUSSIA. MILITARY ACTIVITY IN SIBERIA. Received Sept. 9, 7.35 p.m. Tokio, Sept. 9. There is intense military activity at Vladivostock. -The wharves are loaded with war materials from Japan, Eiurope and America, for transportation. . The ordinary freight on the Siberian railway is limited to twenty or thirty tons daily, the rest of the cars being devoted to war supplies. The relations between the Russians •and the Japanese are daily becoming more cordial.
