WANGANUI SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, Yesterday. Tn the Supremo Court this morning W'"- Justice Edwards sentenced Robert William Stewart Orr to two vears' imprisonment for theft of goods" from his employer; James Fitzpatriek, 011 three charges of theft from the' post office at W avcrley, was admitted to probation for two years on the first charge, and ordered to come up for sentence at the next session of the Supremo Court here on the other charges. Mr. Justice Edwards said he took this course in order to consult his brother judges as to whether his action was a proper one.
