MORE AMERICAN GRAFT. By Cable—Press Conyright. London, Sept, 5, The Times' correspondent at Toronto reports that Sir 1?. Robin, formerly Premier of Manitoba, and Messrs Montague, Ilowden, and Cohlwoll, all members of the late Conservative Government, have been arrested for conspiring to defraud in permitting the contractors for the new Parliament buildings to draw large sums of money for work not performed; also for coilusion in the increase of prices under the contracts. ■The arrests were technical, accused consenting to appear in coiyt without compulsion. They were admitted to bail in £IO,OOO.
