ON THE SEA.
ZEEBRUGGE. MUCH DAMAGED BY BOMBARDMENT. Received August 29, 2.10 p.m. Amsterdam, August 28. Tlie Telegraaf says it is now certain that the bomlbardnicnt of Zeebrugge on Monday damaged a number of submarines, and destroyed one. Other accounts" state that the German coastal defences were severely damaged, and a number of heavy guns were sent to Germany for repairs. The killed aud wounded numbered over two hundred.
