IURCO-BULCARIAN AGREEMENT. PREMATURE ANNOUNCEMENT. Received August 29, 2.10 p.m. Amsterdam, August 28. Berlin newspapers have confessed that the announcement of a Turco-Bulgarian agreement was premature, but say that it is expected daily. The Entente is urging Bulgaria to postpone signature until the Serbian unequivocal reply to the Entente has been received. NOT YET READY. TO ADVANCE TOWARDS BULGARIA. A Genman official message says:— Our aviators' reconnaisance at Orsova shows that Austro-German concentration is not yet adequate for the reported plan to force a passage through Bulgaria. BULGARIA. WILL NOT YET ABANDON HEP. NEUTRALITY. Received August 29, 4.10 p.m. Sofia, August 28. The Opposition groups have issued a collective Note condemning the Cabinet for not convoking Parliament, in order to assure the co-operation of all parties dn the national interests. The semi-offi-cial journal Norodna Prava exnhuns that it is unnecessary to summon Parliament, as the Government will not abandon neutrality until the rights violated by the Bucharest treaty are r». itored.
