THE ADVANCE IN THE TYROL. Received August 27, ~>.~> p.m. ' Rome, August 20. A communique states:—ln Valsugaim we advanced and took up positions on Monte Rementera and Monte Salubit. Our artillery in Seebach Valley dispersed the enemy's concealed camp, and the Auslrians fled in disorder under severe shrapnel fire. We captured strong entrenchments at Monte Rombon, along with two quick-firers and much ammunition,
