FURTHER CONTRIBUTIONS. RECRUITNIG PROCEEDING SATISFACTORILY. Delhi, August 26. The recent Baltic successes were received with the utmost enthusiasm in India. The. manufacture of munitions is progressing. Two factories have been established in Calcutta. All communi-; ties are giving valuable assistance. The Indian nobles continue their generosity, the Maharajah of Tiotak giving 25,000 rupees for comforts fcr the 42ml Delhi Regiment, of which he is an honorary colonel. The Rajah of Dewas has given £ 1000, the Regency of 11ahawalpnr £IOOO, the Tialsia ' Durbar .€I3OO for the purchase of motor ambulances, (lie Maharaja and Rana of Cholpur a motor-car, the Mir of Khairpur a military aeroplane, the Maharajah of Tipperah a motor launch for Mesopotamia. Gifts of all kinds continue to lie given to the ambulance branches throughout India. Recruiting continues briskly. ,
