Owing to the favorable winter, and! the, attention bestowed on the Fitzroyj bowling green, it is now in such good* order as tp justify its use. According-j ly a commencement of play will be; made to-day, and with that feeling of good fellowship that exists amongst bowlers, the committee of the club will be pleased to welcome any members of the other clubs in the town and district who feel inclined to have a "roll up" this afternoon, and on Thursday and Saturday hereafter until further 'notice, always provided that weather conditions permit of the green being used. |
