The annual meeting of shareholders of the T. L, Joll Dairy Company will be held at Kapuni to-day, when the following report will be submitted: —After writing off the sum of £1,200 03 lOd for all round depreciation, there remains a balance to the credit .of the appropriation account amounting to £20,418,14 a 4d. The retiring directors are Messrs F. Lye, J. W. Paterson, andT. Walsh, all of whom are eligible and offer themselves for re-election. They will bo asked to appoint an au'ditor, Mr. W. O'Callaghan again offering his services. .
