THE GERMAN VICTORIES. GENERAL REJOICIN'GS. Amsterdam, August 22. Thousands sang triumphal songs and ''Now thank we all our God" before Herr von Bethmann-Holhveg's 'palace. The Ijokfll Anxiegor praises the bravery of the defenders of Novo Georgiovsk. and adds: "The Russian sun is setting, and there will soon he a holiday in the east for Germany."
