BULGARIA, 111 SISTER OF WAR RESIGNS. Received August 20, 8.40 p.m. Amsterdam, August 20. M. Pitched', Bulgarian War Minister, has resigned with a view to resuming the position of Chief of the General Staff, which he occupied in the Balkan war.

It is pitted that the Kaiser lias teleKing Constantine urging Greece 'not to make any concession to Bulgaria as regards Kavalla, adding! that the Central Powers will energetically support the Greek cause. ARMENIAN APPEAL TO BULGARIA. Sofia, August 19. Requiem services have bean lieldi throughout Bulgaria for the Armenian victims of Turkish outrages. Speeches were made execrating the Turks. Armenian refugees have appealed to Bulgaria to protest to the Porte against the outrages.
