BILL READY FOR I'Alt-LiAM'JEN'i'* By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Bill to provide for a register or New Zealand manhood for various purpose, directly or indirectly related to the War, is practieaUv ready for Parliament. The Prime Minister said, today that one estimate given to him is that for the registration the procedure is in the simplest possible form, and may require only a month, by tile aid of the Postal Department. A complete lejiort in that time would be very smart work, but the probability is that more iime will be needed. The subject of women was mentioned to Mr. Massey k and he remarked that the additional work would cause delay. There was not the same urgency for the regia-i tration of women, at this stage, in NW Zealand, where the conditions and circumstances were difffferent from those of the Mother Country.
