It is rumored that Turkey is only waiting an opportunity to sue for peace, and the moment will probably be furnished' by the intervention of Bulgaria, against whom Turkey is unable to conduct a defence, owing to lack of munitions. GREEK PARLIAMENT OPENED. Athens, August 10. The Chamber has opened. LM. Z-avit-zanos, a Vonezelist, was elected President, defeating the Government candidate by 182 to 03. GREEK CABINET RESIGNS.
