ADJOURNED SINE DIE. TUROO-BULGAIUAN NEGOTIATIONS. Received August 17, 5.8 p.m. ~ S«fla, August 10. Government circles announce that iurco-Bulgarian negotiations have been provisionally adjourned, owing to differences on points which, in themselves, are not of a nature to cause a rupture. Hope is expressed that Turkey will see reason, and concede the Bulgarian demands, but other circles believe that the negotiations will never be resumed. BULGARIA. TURKEY MUST BE PREPARED. However, Turkey must be prepared for all eventualities, and ready, if necessary, to face a Bulgarian attack.
