THE WELSH GUARDS. PRESENTATION OF COLORS. London, August 3. The King, at Buckingham Pa'lace, presented the colors to the newly-formed Welsh Guards. Queen Mary and other royalties and Lord Kitchener witnessed the ccrsmony. A huge crowd in the vicinity of the Palace gave an ovation to the Guards.
