THE EUPHRATES CAMPAIGN. TURKS STRONGLY CONCENTRATED. (Time: and Sydney Sun Services.) Received July 31, 7.30 p.m. London, July 30. Russian headquarters in the Caucasus reports that in the direction of Mush the Turks have concentrated strong forces, and as a result we suspended our movement towards the west and concentrated in our prepared positions.
