-AfOUE GERMA.V BLUFF. Paris. July 22. The Petit Parisienne's JSucharest correspondent says' that the Herman Minister insisted on the continuance of the transit of munitions from Austria to Turkey. The .Minister of Foreign Affairs said it was impossible to give an authorisation. The Herman -Minister replied: "We shall pass them through nil the same/' The Rumanian .Minister replied: "If you must pass, go through Servia, with whom you are already at war."
